Missing OTP Codes or Invalid OTP Codes

Login Problems

Our billing portal uses One Time Passwords (OTP) associated with your email address to protect your account.

Only the most recently sent OTP code will be accepted by the system.

Login failures happen when you have requested multiple OTP codes within a few minutes and then enter in the code that is not the most recently requested. For example, you quickly request a login code three times. You accidentally enter in the code from the second request because the third email has not yet been received. The code will fail as the system is looking for the most recently sent third email.

Best Practice to Avoid Login Problems: Request a single OTP email.

Wait up to five minutes as sometimes email is slow.

If you don't see the OTP email in your inbox in check your spam box.

All emails come from our [email protected] email address.

Locked Account

If you enter five incorrect codes in a row, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes for security reasons. Simply wait 30 minutes and try again. This is an automated security procedure put in place by our payment processing software and we have no way of lifting the security freeze before 30 minutes.
