Unfortunately, it is not possible to own your brand name for every product in service in the world with a single trademark application. Further, you can't simply claim an entire category of goods.
Instead, the trademark office requires that we provide the "common commercial name" of each product and service on the trademark application.
Why does this process work this way? It's because identical trademarks can be owned by entirely different businesses if the underlying goods and services don't compete with one another in the marketplace.
Example: The trademark DELTA covering "airline services" can be registered and owned by one company while the same trademark DELTA covering "kitchen faucets" can be owned by an entirely unrelated company. The average consumer will not think that the airline company and kitchen fixtures company are one and the same as consumers don't ever see airlines manufacturing kitchen plumbing products.

Describing Products
To describe your products to us, you should use the words your customers would use if they were holding your product hand and talking about it to someone else. For example:

✅We well tents, hiking poles, and binoculars.
❌We sell clothing.
✅We sell swimsuits, wetsuits, and water shoes.
❌We sell pet products.
✅We sell dog food, medicated flea powder, dog chews.
Describing Services
Services work in the same way as products. We need you to specify the exact nature of the services you sell, rather than claiming an entire category of services. For example:
❌We are consultants.
✅We offer tax consulting services
❌We use this trademark in real estate
✅We are a residential real estate agency.
❌We offer medical services.
✅We provide in-home personal care services to assist with daily living activities for the elderly.
